RESTRICTED GENERAL AGREEMENT ON T^S^ ' TARIFFS AND TRADE Limited Distribution Committee on Trade and Development Original: English/French Group on Residual Restrictions PROVISIONAL LISTS?OF RESTRICTIONS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE REVIEW; OF RESIDUAL RESTRICTIONS 1. In its last report the Group on Refcidual Restrictions suggested that it would be useful to extend the review of residual restrictions to cover all products notified by'the less-developed countries as being of export interest to them, including those notified in the context of the Kennedy Round. The Committee on Trade and Development concurred in this? suggestion and the secretariat was asked to collect the necessary information early in 1966 for the next review (sec document COM.TD/B/3 and COM.TD/12). 2. Accordingly the secretariat has sent to individual developed contracting parties a questionnaire, which is similar in form to the questionnaire used last year and in which is set out a provisional list of products on which information is requested. This list includes those products among those listed in the Annex to document COM.TD/B/W/2 which are understood to be subject to import restrictions in the country concerned but which are not among the products covered in the first review held in 1965. 3.
