China Service Our proposal includes china, silverware and glassware. Non-Alcoholic Beverage Assorted soda, water, and coffee service will be provided. Bar Services Our bar services that we provide at other venues can be as follows: Open bar for 4 hours $22 per person Open bar for 2 hours and reverting to cash $12 per person Beer and wine bar for 4 hours $14 per person Cash bar only Consumption Bar ($5 hard drinks, $3 wines/foreign beers/$2 domestic beer) Bar tender services is $25 per hour Culinary Staff and Servers One Catering Chef and four servers will be provided for your event. It has been our experience that our professional staff is more than capable of taking care of your guests. Equipment & Linens Rental Facility will provide tables and chairs.
