Your next event... DINE WITH US. From bus tours and business parties to elegant weddings, the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute has a wide array of capabilities to suit any clientele. We offer a variety of dining options: continental breakfasts, lunch and dinner platings, buffets, station parties and ice sculptures. The 1st floor and 2nd floor atriums can accommodate larger parties up to 450 people. The 3rd floor library offers great views and is an option for smaller events of 50 people or less. In addition we suggest the private dining room at Savor for a more intimate atmosphere. Banquet menu is for a minimum of 20 guests.
