CHRISTMAS AT DARWIN COLLEGE Darwin College is the ideal venue for hosting your Christmas party this year. We can provide parties of up to 30 guests (a minimum of 16 is required) in the Richard King room and up to 120 guests (a minimum of 50 is required) in the Dining Hall. Drinks receptions can be held in either room depending on the size of your party on in an additional room if required. Your guests will receive a glass of mulled wine on arrival and then brought to table by the Butler, which will be decked out with traditional decorations, and our College silverware. We can assist with printing plans and place cards for your event. Our award winning chefs and experienced front of house staff will look after you and your guests to ensure you celebrate your Christmas with great food, wine and excellent service. This year we are offering both Christmas lunches and dinners, to help those with busy schedules during December. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. How to Book For enquiries or bookings, please call or email the events office to check availability for your preferred date. Once the events team has confirmed availability you will be required to complete a booking form and return it with the relevant deposit in order to secure the booking. Booking Conditions for Christmas Dinners Deposit A deposit of 50% is required for bookings. This is payable at the time of booking. This will become non-refundable when the booking is confirmed. Final numbers The final number of guests attending the event must be confirmed to Darwin College no later than three weeks prior to the event, along with any special dietary requirements. Unless otherwise agreed by Darwin College, it is on these numbers that the final invoice will be based. Payment Final payment for all dinner bookings will be invoiced in advance, three weeks booking. Invoice will be for immediate payment within seven days by bank transfer, cheque or debit/credit card. The final invoice will be based on final numbers provided to Darwin College three weeks prior to the date of the booking, along with the wine forms orders.
