Contact our Christmas Co-ordinator on 01923 422 803 or email: watford_events@jurysinns.com for all enquiries or bookings. 2. Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. Non-refundable deposits are required to confirm all packages: Deck the Halls 20, Jingle Bells 10, Mistletoe & Wine 5. These deposits are PER PERSON. 3. Full payment by single cheque, cash or credit/ debit card is required by 1st November 2018 & prior to the event. Multiple cheques from each attendee will not be accepted. 4. Menus are available and pre-orders will be required by 1st November 2018. In relation to later bookings, pre-orders will be required as soon as bookings become confirmed and full payment has been made. It is the responsibility of the organiser to notify the hotel at the time of the booking of any specific dietary requirements as we may not be able to cater for these on the day if not advised prior. 5. Bedrooms at the reduced rates are applicable only to those attending Party Nights and a credit/ debit card is required to hold and pay for accommodation reserved. 6. 1 Complimentary bedroom (inclusive of breakfast and for up to 2 people sharing) is available to the organiser who books and pre pays for a party of 25 or more people on Deck the Halls package only. This offer has to be claimed by the named organiser by the time of making the final payment. This room can only be allocated for the same evening as the party booking and in the event of failing to take up the offer, no recompense will be allowed. 7. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible though regret we are unable to accept individual table plans. 8. 10% discount will be offered on wine if pre-ordered and pre-paid by 1st November 2018 (this does not apply to the drinks packages). 9. Any pre- ordered wines if out of stock, will be substituted with a similar or better quality product. 10. We reserve the right to cancel bookings at anytime. 11. Under NO circumstances are deposits and full payments refundable except in the event of point 10. 12. All Bookings, rates and offers are subject to availability. 13. Your paid deposit acts as your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
