Christmas Party Nights 2018 Party Nights Our party nights are the perfect excuse for you and your friends or colleagues to get into the festive spirit, with a superb Meal followed by Disco until 1am (Midnight on Thursday); we know that you ll all have a great time! Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed in the Club Bar and you will then be taken through to the Festival Suite to enjoy your three course seated meal followed by coffee and chocolate mints. After dinner you can dance the night away to the sounds of our resident DJ. Our party nights are available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night between 30 th November and 22 nd December, and we offer three sittings 19:30, 20:00 and 20:30. Please be advised that the disco will commence at 9:30pm so if you choose to eat at 8:30pm you may not have finished your meal by the time it starts. If December isn t suitable for you, we offer private party nights in January too. The package includes a complimentary Champagne drinks reception with Canapés! Minimum number of guests will apply. Incentive for you! We think it is only fair that as you have done all the hard work organising the event, you should be rewarded! Full pre-payment and all menu choices must be returned to us at least six weeks prior to your party night, in return you will receive a complimentary stay for two people on the night of your party in a double/twin bedroom, including breakfast! Please note that the offer is for 1 room only regardless of total party numbers and this is subject to availability and on condition of your party being more than 10. It will not be applicable in the event that any payment or menu choices are submitted after the requested date and the attached booing form must be returned. Guests attending Christmas party nights will receive a discounted bedroom rate of 60 for a double or twin room and 55 for a single room subject to availability. Festive Lunches If you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, join us in our Seasons restaurant for a three course seated lunch. Our festive lunches are served every day between Monday 26 th November and Friday 21 st December. Reservations must be made prior and minimum numbers of ten will apply. Chichester Park Hotel Christmas Event Terms & Conditions To avoid misunderstandings in respect of your booking, the following Terms of Business apply to all bookings relating to Christmas events. We ve tried to make our terms of Business as straight forward as possible, if however, you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Christmas Coordinator to discuss. 1. To confirm your booking, please complete this form and return with a deposit of 15.00 per person within 10 days of the confirmation being received by the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel a booking if the deposit is not received within this time. 2. Once the deposit has been paid, cancellations of individual guests or of the event will result in deposits being forfeited, deposit(s) are not refundable or transferable, with no exceptions. 3. Any changes with regards to addition of guests and amendments to guest names or menu choices will be only allowed up to two weeks prior to the date of party night with no exceptions. 4. The final balance is required a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the event and is not refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation of full party or individual guests with no exceptions. 5.
