Trampoline Gelato is made fresh on site daily using only the freshest, creamiest milk direct from our Farmers in Gippsland, south eastern Victoria, and the best all natural real ingredients. Gelato is Italian for ice cream and the main ingredients are the same milk, cream and sugar. But unlike most ice cream, Trampoline Gelato contains less fat and less air, leaving more room for all the good stuff, like Callebaut couverture chocolate, fresh fruit and nuts. In fact, our gelato contains only 6 9% fat and our sorbets are fat free. Yipee! How To Order Your Cake Or Take Home 1. Check out our catalogue in store or online to see our complete Cake and Take Home range. 2. Make your Cake/Take Home and flavour selections. 3. Place your order either in store, online or over the phone. *All Trampoline cakes are handmade and require a minimum of 3 days notice to ensure we have your preferred flavours in stock. If you are happy to select flavours from the cabinet, in most cases we will be able to turn around your order in less time. 4. Pay for your order. 5. Pick up your order. A 30 minute drive is a piece of cake (pardon the pun) because we can blast it to -35 degrees! *If you are ordering online you will need to make payment upon pick up. How Will I Get It Home? At Trampoline we have a super special piece of equipment we like to call a blast. Freezing your product to -35 c it makes a 30 minute car trip to your freezer at home or work no probs! Please remember to confirm this service at time of order if required. Additionally, bringing an esky along for pick up also never hurts but is not essential!
