Dear Sir / Madam Thank you for considering the City Golf Club Inc. as the venue for your Christmas function. The President s Function Rooms will offer you a fun and professional setting for your Christmas function, and we take great pride in our ability to offer you a friendly and informative service to help make your party a huge success. Our Award-winning function rooms are fully licensed, air-conditioned and provide wheelchair access. The car park has 300 sealed parks and six disabled parks, for your guests convenience. The Club courtesy bus will pick up and drop off guests from the City Golf Club Motel before and after your function. Your room hire cost includes round tables to seat comfortably 10-12 people, full table setting with linen tablecloths, linen napkins and cleaning of function room. Our Event Manager & Event Supervisor, will ensure your event runs smoothly, and will keep the person designated by you, informed of the amount being expended on your bar account.
