Please consult with us to make sure you order a sufficient amount of food for your guests. Bar Set-Up: Includes Coca-Cola products, tonic water, club soda, orange juice, cranberry juice, bottled water, sour mixers, cocktail napkins, and ice. (Does not include alcohol or glassware.) Service Staff: We recommend one server per 50 guests for standard attended buffet service. For full service plated and served events additional servers may be needed. One bartender is capable of handling 75 guests efficiently. Additional info Advance Notice: A minimum of 24 hours is recommended for all catered events regardless of size or type. Cancellation: A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellation fee will be charged at the time of notice. Payment: Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card.
