Christmas Day Lunch Buffet The Hotel Grand Chancellor Launceston invite you and the family to join us on Christmas Day to celebrate with a festive Christmas lunch buffet in our Conference Centre. Serving all your favourite traditional Christmas foods throughout the day, from the carvery of meats, to fresh seafood, and even the classic plum pudding. We cater for all groups and sizes, whether you require a small or large table. The children will have a blast with our special guest appearances, including a visit from Santa Claus with a gift for all the little ones. The Conference Centre will be filled with joy all day including decorations on each table, Santa s sleigh in the corner and the sound of carols in the background which you can sing along to. Terms & Conditions Please read below our terms & conditions that apply to reserve your table. Seating times We will have 4 separate seating times available this year to ensure everyone has an enjoyable day. Please select the time you would prefer (note: have a second preference as first may not be available due to popularity): 11:30 12:00 12:30 13:00 Pricing/age limits The following price entitles each guest to unlimited access to the buffet. Drinks are to be purchased at your own expense from the Conference Centre Bar. Adult (age 13 years+) $105.0 Child (age 4-12 years) $49.0 Toddler (age 0-3 years) FREE OF CHARGE At the time of booking, please provide each child s name, gender and age. This is to ensure each gift from Santa is age appropriate. Special requirements/dietaries Please inform us upon booking of any special requirements or dietaries your guests may have. Highchairs are available for toddlers. Payment Full payment or a 10% deposit is required at time of booking. We accept payment over the phone with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or JCB (surcharge may apply) or you may pay by cash at reception. Please note that until we have payment, we can not guarantee your table is reserved. If you choose to pay only the 10% deposit at the time, the remaining balance is due by the first week of December. Lucy will be following up payments towards the end of November if we have not received full payment from you. If you are an in-house guest, please provide us with your surname and all charges for the Christmas Lunch will be charged back to this account. Cancellations/no shows Any cancellations before the 1st of December will receive a full refund on payment made. If you cancel from the 1st of December - onwards, you may not receive a refund. If you are a no show on the day, please understand that you will not be refunded for this and full payment of your table will still apply.
