Brigidine Room, is a purpose-built Executive Boardroom, including 60 LCD TV, wireless broadband and the flexibility to accommodate a variety of conferencing styles. Convent is an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of the Hunter Valley region. Wineries, hot air ballooning, joy flights, Hunter Valley Gardens, sky diving, horse riding and antiquing, are but a few of the pleasurable ways to unwind after a busy day. Brigidine Room is our most popular purpose-built facility; suited to executive meetings for up to 40 delegates, dependant on style, and is fully self-sufficient. Our Private Dining Room (located within the Convent) is perfect for intimate meetings or dinners of 8 delegates or less. Eighty Eight makes for ideal conferencing or as a breakout room. We can also offer our Grand Marquee as a perfect space for product launches and larger conference dining options of up to 160 guests. Chapel is located adjacent to our restaurant Circa 1876, suited for small intimate executive meetings of up to 40 guests
