After November 22, it is difficult to obtain or guarantee the items (rentals, vehicles, staff..etc) needed to produce events on peak dates. Therefore, we strongly encourage that all clients book their holiday parties as far in advance as possible, granting us time to plan for and reserve the resource required. WHY DO WE HAVE A PEAK DATE SURCHARGE? The significant increase in volume on peak days means that there may be an increased cost to accommodate your event and rental items, vehicles and staff needed. The peak date surcharge allows us to provide the same level of service you expect and we consistently offer throughout the year.
