Club Policies & Optional Additions Club Policies All food and beverage must be provided by Onion Creek Club. On a case by case basis, outside catering may be allowed for a per person fee, with Catering Director s approval only. According to state law, no alcohol may be brought onto or removed from Club premises (Including the golf course & parking areas). All food & beverage purchased from the Club is meant solely for consumption on property. No food or beverage may be taken off Onion Creek Club Property. Cakes may be brought to an event with the Catering Director s Approval. A $50.00 cake cutting fee per cake will apply. *Delivery times for items supplied by outside vendors must be discussed with the Catering Director Payment Schedule $1,000.00 Deposit due with Signed Contract All Deposits are Non-Refundable 60 Days Prior to Event: 50% of Estimated Charges Due This amount is based on the proposed food and beverage for the event.
