Supplemental Price Sheet (Sales Tax and Gratuity not included) Disposables Package: Cocktail Black Plastic Complementary, Cocktail Clear Plastic - $1.25, Cocktail China-Like 2.50 China and Silver Package: Includes white rim china plates (dinner and dessert), flatware: dinner and dessert fork, knife, spoon and an allpurpose footed beverage glass - $5.25 (This price may vary depending on the specific style chosen) Linen Package: Linens rentals will range depending on fabric choice, style and count. The packages start at about $3 pp. Staffing: You can expect one staff member per 30 guests for buffet service, with a minimum of 2 staff members. They will be there at least 1 hour prior to event and 1 hour after event to set up and break down. Additional hours may be charged for long distance venues or plated dinners. TABC certified bartenders are also available at an additional charge. An 18% gratuity will be added to all Food and Beverage items if servers are provided. There may be an additional food sur-charge for staffed events, when these packages are being served in-lieu of an entrée dinner meal at a prime meal time. We caution against these packages being served at a dinner wedding reception without an entrée. These prices are estimates only.
