You can also opt to book the top level of the restaurant, which can accommodate up to 70 people, or add the two private dining rooms to accommodate up to 102 people. Seating can range from 15 people with our high-back residential chairs up to 20 people using banquet chairs. You also have the capacity to combine the Wine Room with our Show Kitchen for a pre-dinner walkaround reception.

The bar is rich in Texas history with its vintage guitars, musician photography and old concert ticket stubs. The bar offers Texas beers, wine and innovative craft cocktails with the help of Alfredo Sanchez, our bar manager and certified tequila specialist. Your guests can catch a friendly round of pool on an heirloom pool table with mother of pearl detailing built in 1891. It that was a gift to the Resort when it opened in the mid 1980 s by Mr. John W. The old wood mantle above the fireplace is made of cypress from the late 1800s and was recycled from the Swift & Armour plant in the historical Fort Worth Stockyards.
