Returns/Damages/Corrections: Wholesale customers must notify us within 2 days of receipt of your order regarding damage, errors, adjustments, or returns. If you have ordered in error, you pay for return shipping and may be charged a 15% restock fee. If equipment is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please contact the manufacturer. Equipment returns must be in the original unused condition with original cartons, all manuals, papers and accessories and must be shipped prepaid and will be subject to an 18% restocking fee. Returned goods must be in good, unmarked and saleable condition. We will determine whether or not the product should be returned to us before we will honor a claim.
