SNACK 1/4 cup almonds Days 1-2 LUNCH: Tuna Avocado Boats In a bowl, combine 1/2 can tuna, a chopped scallion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp. paprika, 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Cut an avocado in half and remove the pit. Place the tuna mixture into one cavity of the avocado. Sprinkle with paprika (if desired) and serve with 5 celery sticks and 5 slices of radish. SNACK 1 hardboiled egg DINNER: Buffalo Wings Lettuce Wraps Slice 1/2 lb. skinless chicken thighs into small strips. Toss the meat, 2 tsp. chipotle powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste in a bowl. In a skillet on medium high, melt 1 tsp. butter and then cook thighs thoroughly for 5-10 minutes. Serve in 6 Romaine lettuce leaves topped with 1/4 sliced avocado, 8 chopped cherry tomatoes, and 2 chopped scallions, spread evenly. TREAT Pick a dessert from the next few pages.

BREAKFAST: Breakfast Taco 1 scrambled egg mixed with 1 chopped, cooked sausage, 2 Tbsp. cheddar cheese and 2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo, accompanied with a corn tortilla and hot sauce and served with coffee with half-and-half. (25 SUGAR CALORIES) Days 3-7 SNACK 1/4 string cheese stick LUNCH: Artisan Feta Flatbread In a skillet over medium high heat, add 1 cup turkey, 1 Tbsp. oregano, 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper, and salt and pepper until meat is browned. Put turkey mixture on top of a whole-wheat wrap with 2 Tbsp feta. Put under broiler until cheese is melted. Serve with fresh parsley. (82 SUGAR CALORIES) SNACK 1 hardboiled egg with hot sauce DINNER: Chicken & Rice 1/2 cup cooked whole grain rice tossed with 1 cup chopped, steamed broccoli, and a sauté of 2 Tbsp. chopped onion, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 chopped zucchini, 1 sliced chicken breast and 1 tsp. lemon juice. (92 SUGAR CALORIES) TREAT Pick a dessert from the next few pages.

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS 2 sticks butter, softened 2/3 cup Truvia Baking Blend 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup unsweetened why protein powder 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 4 oz. 87% dark chocolate, chopped 1 cup chopped walnuts 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl, then spoon onto the lined baking sheet. 3. Freeze for 5 minutes, then bake for 9-10 minutes. CHOCOLATE LACE COOKIES SUGAR CALORIES = 0

DIRECTIONS INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup Truvia Baking Blend 1/2 cup almond flour 3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder 1/8 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. coconut oil 1 egg 2 Tbsp. half-and-half whipped cream (for topping) 1. In a bowl, mix together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix together the wet ingredients. 2. Combine dry mixture into wet mixture. 3. Put 1/4 of the batter into a coffee mug and microwave for 1 minute. 4. Remove from mug and top with whipped cream. Refrigerate remaining batter for later. THE TWO MINUTE CAKE SUGAR CALORIES = 0 makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS 1/4 cup coconut flour 1 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 Tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. coconut oil 4 eggs nonstick cooking spray whipped cream Barlean s The Essential Woman Chocolate Mint Swirl DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat waffle iron. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Spray waffle iron with cooking spray, then pour half of the batter into the warm iron. Cook until golden brown. 3. Remove from iron and save remaining batter for later. 4. Top with whipped cream and Barlean s chocolate swirl (can also add nuts, cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa powder, etc.) THE SWEET SKINNY WAFFLE SUGAR CALORIES = 0
