BOOKING CONDITIONS For all reservations, a 10.00 per person non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full prepayment with final numbers and menu choices required a minimum of 21 days prior to the function, after which time no alternations to numbers can be made or refunds given. The booking will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit. Provisional or telephone bookings will be held for a maximum of 10 days pending written confirmation and deposit, after which time the booking may be released. All monies are non-refundable. Preselection of your menu choices is required. If no choice is given, menu choice will be at the discretion of the hotel. Special dietary requirements should be requested 21 days prior to your event. Please note some of our dishes may contain nuts or nut products. Please ask for clarification. If you need to change your arrangement, please contact us in writing. We would appreciate wines and accommodation to be pre-ordered and pre-paid to ensure availability. The proposed licensing hours were correct at the time of printing but are subject to approval by the Local Licensing Authority. We reserve the right to alter and amend any of the contents enclosed. All prices are inclusive of VAT @ 20%. The company reserve the right to cancel an event should the booking fail to reach minimum numbers. In such cases, the organiser will be given at least 10 working days notice and a full refund for the amount of monies paid will be made or alternative dates offered. Itís regretted that no liability can be accepted for the property of customers brought on to the premises. The Client shall be held responsible for any damages caused to the premises, utensils, equipment whether wilfully, neglectfully, by default or otherwise, and will be liable for the cost of repairs and damages arising there from. The Hotel shall not be liable for any breach of this contract caused by any event or matter beyond its control including any other matter in the opinion of the Hotel proving impossible the performance of the contract not being limited to matters listed here.
