Date June 14-15, 2016 Venue The food and wine tasting is set up in the SNIEC, with an area of 180-200sq.m., divided into presentation area & audience area. Activity Purpose As one the theme events of FMA CHINA 2016, it is a wonderful platform for exhibitors to display products. During the period of this event, the committee will invite the top chefs to live cooking with high quality ingredients, and then wine experts recommend appropriate wines to taste the subtle fusion, which made the guests to enjoy the pleasure with delicious food and wines. The industry experts will carry out professional comments from the aspects of technicality, suitability, practicability and market prospects, to introduce and share the purchasing skills for high-quality raw materials and the wine tasting tips as well as all kinds of food and wine pairing, to enhance the social awareness of ingredients & wine used, while leading buyers to choose and purchase properly. Guests All kinds of domestic supermarkets, catering chain, star hotels, retail stores, food processing enterprises; import food, wine & spirits importers and dealers; professional media; lots of gourmets and wine lovers. Activity Arrangement The Food and Wine Tasting will be held during the period of the exhibition. Meanwhile, we will invite the world s top chefs and the media compere (TV or Broadcast) to co-host the activity. Activity Plans 1.Preparation: Exhibitors should finalize the food material and wine kinds before 50 days of exhibition opening, and to provide the samples of the food materials and wines. The activity committee and providers of the food materials and wines will finalize the dishes and proper wines (Every chef will make two dishes by using one or different food materials and match with proper wines, there are four dishes in all by two cooks as well as 4-6 kinds of appropriate wine. And audiences in present will all have the chance to taste one of the dishes and wines). Meanwhile, exhibitors should provide the detailed introduction of their countries or products. 2.Appearance of the food and wine: Experts from the exhibitors will introduce the geographic advantage of the food, the cultivating methods and the keys of food safety, the characteristics of the wine regions, the crop year and the collection potential of wines. The invited top chefs and wine masters will do the professional Chinese and Western cooking according to the characteristics of the food materials(or food brand) and then matched with the proper wines to experience the complementation of wines and dishes in the taste. 3.Tasting: sharing the dishes and wines to the purchasers for tasting, while listening to the professional analysis from chefs and wine masters, sharing the tasting experience and improving the brand awareness. 4.Introduction: Experts from exhibitors to introduce the situation of enterprises, characteristics of food materials and wines, the geographic advantages, the cultivating methods etc. -2-

Having built his reputation on pushing the boundaries of his country's typically traditional cuisine, Michelazzo's next chapter at 10 Corso Como has been characterized by inventive and creativity while bringing modern contemporary Italian cuisine into an Asian context. Vito Bellomo He has been working as a chef nearly 35 years and acted as the counselor of five-star hotel to train and guide staff for long-term. He is a skillful chef and performer in cooking. He accepted media interview for many times when he worked in Africa and he got a good reputation out there. He came to Shanghai in the beginning of 2015, just in a few of months, he got a lot of attention from media and famous brands. Currently, he serves as the chef of Italy Restaurant in Westin Hotel which located at the Bund Center. GIUSEPPE TINO TINO comes from Calabria in south of Italy. He firmly believed that a good chef who are not the one just cooking as the book told. A good chef should be an artist: the service plate is his canvas and the ingredient is his pigment. Every dish cooked by TINO always like an artwork which is full of surprise. Meanwhile, TINO is keen on challenging new food ingredients. There are always many new ideas arising in his mind. Activity Review The last Tasting was held successfully. Mr. Dong Zhen Xiang (president of International Master Chef Committee of World Association of Chinese Cuisine General), and the gold medal host-ms. Xiong Li were invited to be the hosts. Mr. Dong Zhen Xiang and his chefs present live cooking show, Chinese cuisine made from imported food material. The fine quality and taste of imported food material were performed to the buyers and audience. Meat, sea food, diary food and other imported food material from France, Spain, Brazil, and Norway were presented in the event. -6-
