Our beautiful restaurant and coaching inn is the perfect setting for any occasion. We will endeavour to make your function as individual and memorable as we can. We all take pride in our work and will make sure organising your special day is stress free for you. We want you to concentrate on relaxing and having a memorable day. Our casual yet elegant restaurant lends itself for every kind of event from birthdays to christenings and weddings. We have done many different event formats, all of them being completely individually tailored to suit. Being an independent venue you will only have to speak to one person regarding your event and they can be contacted via email, telephone and in person. We can do seated meals for up to 45 people and finger food buffets from 30 to 120. You can also have a carvery style buffet if you would like. We also have lots of contacts for everything you would need for your event. We hope you will choose to share your celebration with us and our intimate venue. We do not make a charge for the function venue although we do ask that a minimum of 1,500 is spent on the total event (excluding accommodation). The minimum spend on a Friday or Saturday evening is 2,000 Special dietary needs can almost always be met. Please ask. We can provide simpler food for children as required. There is a 12.5% discretionary service charge added to all bills. Accommodation is also available for group bookings at a special function rate if you book out the whole hotel with breakfast. Reasonable extensions to our music and drinks licence can be arranged subject to 4 weeks notice. ( 100 charge) We normally ask a deposit of 200 or more, not refundable, to secure your venue reservation.
