OUR SPACES THE ATRIUM The Atrium is the perfect space for a long table dinner or canapés and cocktails with family & friends. On entry your eyes are drawn to overhanging floral installations and canopy, as the room is flooded with natual light from large feature windows. For night events, the space is subtly lit with down lighting. Weather protected, the Atrium offers a dedicated entrance with large & decorative screens sectioning off access to the main function room, TV screen and neutral decor. The new indoor and outdoor space, incorporates swing seating outdoors, a cosy nook near the fire place with vintage arm chairs, and a timber clad stage. Taking inspiration from bars in Tennessee and Louisiana, The Barn Bar is comfortable and relaxed and where the best musicians share their music live every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Though front bars are predominantly designed for men, The Barn Bar is welcoming and comfortable for both men and women. Customer feedback is extremely important to the success and the longevity of The Woodcroft Hotel, for this reason chefs listen carefully to reviews of our venue, especially our menu. Menu favourites include a traditional Philly Cheesesteak Sanga with slow cooked tender steak loaded with cheese, to the Southern Fried Chicken, bathed in buttermilk and spices. A clever infusion of traditional Southern flavours is evident throughout, with recipes carefully created to combine fresh South Australian produce.

While local wine & beer producers from surrounding regions such as McLaren Vale feature. Tank Beer is unpasteurised, meaning it is decanted directly from the beer tank, kept chilled and delivered to the venue so customers can enjoy Carlton Draught at its freshest. Brewed in Abbotsford and at The Woodcroft Hotel in under 7 days. The Woodcroft is one of only four venues who sell Tank Beer in South Australia. It is certainly a drawcard for The Woodcroft to be the only venue in the far Southern suburbs with Tank Beer.

WOODY S LIL RASCALS KIDS COOKING PARTY PACKAGE! The Woody s Lil Rascals is founded on teaching children about healthy eating. The cooking classes are not only fun, but informative and they ll teach the kids skills they can take home with them! Groups are greeted by our chef & function coordinator, who will get them all kitted up with aprons and chefs hats. Then they ll get a quick lesson in hygiene and kitchen safety & it s time to start cooking! Over a couple hours, the kids will - create a savoury dish for lunch create a sweet dish for desert All recipes can be made vegetarian and are always nut free. MAIN MEAL CHOICES: DESSERT CHOICES: - pizza - cookies with icing - pizza scrolls - cupcakes with icing - vegemite scrolls - anzac biscuits Parties can be held any day of the week between 12pm and 2pm for only $25 per child. You can also purchase a branded apron for each child to take home for $25 - it s the perfect addition to any party bag! Kids cooking classes are recommended for children aged 5-13, however our functions coordinator can make a party recommendation based on your needs.
TERMS & CONDITIONS BOOKING CONFIRMATION Your tentative booking is held for 7 days only. To confirm your booking we require a signed copy of the Terms and Conditions along with the specified deposit. Tentative bookings, without a deposit made within 14 days will be cancelled without consultation. CANCELLATIONS In the unfortunate event that a confirmed function is cancelled or transferred to another date, the following conditions apply: 28 days prior or more - full deposit refund 14 days prior - 50% deposit refund 7 days or less - no deposit refund FINAL NUMBERS AND PAYMENT Final numbers of guests are required 7 working days prior to the event date. If for unforeseen circumstances, the numbers must be altered after this time there will be no refund for any cancellations and charges will be rendered for late inclusions. Payment in full for entire function is required 7 working days prior to the event. We accept cash, AMEX, Diners, MasterCard, Visa or EFTPOS. Cheques are not accepted. DELIVERY / PICK-UP OF GOODS Any personal items left for a function such as photo albums / boards must be clearly labelled with the function s name and date of the event. The Woodcroft Hotel will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any goods or equipment. Goods must be picked up 24 hours after the event has finished. PRICE VARIATIONS Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as published. However, prices are subject to change without notice, to cover unforeseen variations in cost. MENU SELECTIONS Menu selection must be finalised 4 weeks prior to your event date. A menu is also available for children under 12 years old. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with notice. DECORATIONS The client may arrange their own decorations which can be delivered to the hotel 24 hours prior to the event and clearly labelled. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange your decorations for you. The cost of decorations will be added to the final account. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed or adhered to any wall or other surface of any area unless the hotel has granted prior permission. EVENT STYLIST OPTIONS Our preferred event stylist is Alyse Vozzo from The Stylist s Guide. Please ask our function manager for more details.function photos within this package have been styled by The Stylist s Guide and can be replicated upon aquiring the services of Alyse & her team. CONFETTI / PARTY POPPERS No foam of confetti OR party poppers are permitted in any area of the hotel, including the car park. Should it be used a clean-up fee of $150.00 will be charged. ENTERTAINMENT The venue contains in-house background music facilities and the client may provide their own CD, ipod, DJ or band at own cost. Due to licensing regulations, the hotel reserves the right to control all sound levels at your function. SMOKING Smoking in the function room, atrium and inside the barn bar is prohibited. There are designated areas throughout the hotel for smokers. BYO No food or beverages may be brought into the hotel by the client unless purchased from our bottle shop where a corkage charge of $8.50 per bottle applies. CAKES We are happy for you to provide a cake. However, The Woodcroft Hotel holds no responsibilities for the transport/delivery of your cake should your cake get damaged. If you would like your cake to be served individually to your guests a fee of $2.50 per person will apply. BEHAVIOUR & UNDER 18 s The Woodcroft Hotel management reserve the right to remove any individual that is deemed to be misbehaving or behaving in an objectable manner. Children need to be supervised at all times and it is preferred that they remain seated. Please note: due to Liquor Licensing Laws, all minors under 18 years of age must have vacated the venue by midnight. LEGAL OBLIGATIONS / DAMAGES The Woodcroft Hotel hold the clients financially responsible for any damages sustained to the hotel and/or hotel property by the clients, guests or outside contractors prior, during or after the function. The Woodcroft Hotel will not be held liable for any insurance claims against injury, damage, loss of equipment or personal property occurring as a result of the actions of external contractors.
