TERMS & CONDITIONS Deposit, Prepayment & Confirmation of Bookings To confirm a function booking, current & valid credit card details are required as security along with the credit card authorisation & terms and conditions form completed and signed. Should these forms not be received The Oxford Hotel reserves the right to cancel all reservations held on the client s behalf. A $250 deposit is required on all bookings to secure the function space. This is not refundable or transferable. (This is deducted from your drinks bar tab at the commencement of your function). Invoicing is not permitted, please do not ask to avoid refusal. No Personal or Company Cheques accepted. All food must be ordered and fully paid for at least one week prior to function date. Final numbers must be confirmed within seven working days of the function. Menu items are subject to market availability. Bar tabs must be paid for less $250 deposit at commencement of function. The client shall remain responsible at all times for any loss or damage to the property of the hotel caused by clients, guests or invitees of the client. All minors must vacate the restaurant by 12am. No minors in public bar after 10pm. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian at all times and are not allowed to consume any alcohol on the premises even if deemed appropriate by parents / guardian. (Minors are defined by law as anyone under 18yrs). The Management of the Oxford Hotel reserve the right to remove patrons attending functions from the premises for unruly behaviour, incorrect dress and or showing any signs of intoxication as determined by Government Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation. Smart casual dress code applies. Themed dress functions are allowed, however management reserve the right to refuse entry if the dress is deemed offensive. No thongs, singlets or face coverings are permitted at any time. Oxford Hotel will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to guest s property. All Items left overnight will be discarded by the cleaners. All food & beverage must be purchased from the venue with exception to the Cake. No fixtures, glue, sticky tape or Blu-Tack is to be adhered to any walls, doors, windows or to any hard surface of the premises. No Confetti or table scatters. Table decorations are allowed. No DJ s or Juke Boxes. All other external suppliers must be preapproved by management. All contract details and insurance certificates of competency must be provided to the venue before arrival. Any damages caused by third party will be the clients responsibility. The Oxford Hotel reserves the right to require additional security at client s expense for certain events. (eg 18 th Birthday parties and Bucks Parties). Any alcohol brought into the venue as gifts must be forfeited to the bar staff upon entry. Your gifts will be returned to you at the end of the night. All guests will be refused entry without valid Identification. Min Beverage spend in the Conservatory is $1000 for Fridays & Saturdays. Min beverage spend in conservatory on other days and in other rooms will depend on numbers and what day of the week. (Excludes Public Holidays & Main Events). Guest Signature: Date:
