The Wedding Cake prices begin at $2.50 per slice depending upon the final selection. Cake plates, forks and napkins are at an additional cost of $0.65 per person.. (China Dessert plates are available for an additional charge.) If Annette's Catering makes your wedding cake, our staff will cut and plate the cake. Another option is our centerpiece Display cake. We can create the look of a full wedding cake with the top layer being real cake for cutting. This allows for you to provide your guests with a fun dessert buffet at a cost effect price compared to all real wedding cake. The basic cost of a centerpiece cake begins at $40.00 and up depending upon your design. Also included in the full menu are the Cheesecake and Torte menus. These desserts may be used in addition to or instead of the traditional Wedding Cake. They are a wonderful alternative to the traditional Wedding Cake and have been incredibly popular at all of the Weddings at which they have been served. The cost is $26.00 for each Torte or Cheesecake. Dessert plates, forks, napkins and linens for the cake table would be at an additional charge for the Tories and Cheesecakes. Diabetic Desserts are also available. The Fudge Menu is included if you are interested in replacing the traditional mints and nuts with homemade candies. The cost of the candies are $17.00 per pound. One pound yields approximately 80 pieces of papered candies. If you are interested in my supplying the punch, punch bowl and disposable punch cups the cost would be an additional $0.95 per person. (All dessert pricing does not include service charge and tax.)
