FINE PRINT TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Confirmation page must be filled out at time of booking. 2. A holding deposit of $500 and a room hire of $250 is required upon confirmation to secure your date. 3. A tentative booking will be held until such a time as the deposit is paid by any interested party. 4. All minimum spends; food and all other services provided by HH must be paid for upfront before the start of the function. 5. Any alcohol brought into the venue as gifts must be forfeited to the bar staff upon entry. Your gifts will be returned to you at the end of the night. 6. No fixtures, glue or sticky tape excluding blu-tack are to be adhered to walls, doors, windows or to any hard surface on the premises. 7. All items left overnight will be discarded by the cleaners. If you wish to leave personal belongings overnight to pick up the following day you may do so with manager s authorization. 8. Smart casual dress code applies. Themed dress function is accepted; however management reserves the right to refuse entry if the dress is deemed offensive. No thongs and singlets are accepted at any time. 9. Menu items are subject to market availability. 10. External Entertainment may be allowed in certain circumstances involving prior consultation with management. 11. Security will generally be provided for you. We ask that you follow their instructions for a safe and enjoyable event. 12. Management has the right to refuse entry and/or service as well as remove any person from the premises if it deems that any improper, abusive or violent behavior is shown. No exceptions. 13. The Haymarket Hotel upholds the Responsible Service of Alcohol obligations seriously and asks you to support us in any decisions based on RSA, 18+ and RCG. Intoxicated persons will be refused service and asked to leave the premises. In accordance with our License, minors must be accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian at all times and are not allowed to consume any alcohol on the premises even if deemed appropriate by parents/guardian. All minors need to vacate the premises by 12am. 14. In order to practice responsible service of alcohol all shots will only be served at the Bar (until midnight). 15. Forfeiture of your deposit may occur if damage occurs to the premises or property by any of your guests, this also includes excessive carpet damage due to cake. 16. If a cancellation is made 30 days prior to the function date, the deposit and room hire fee will be refunded in full - less any costs already incurred on your behalf. If a cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to the function date, the room hire fee will be forfeited. 17. There is a $200 security fee to be paid to ensure RSA and the privacy of the event. 18. All prices are shown include GST and are current at the time of printing but are subject to change. FURTHER INFORMATION We can provide assistance in planning your function by organizing Balloons, Photo Booth and DJ on your behalf. Note: DJ must provide own equipment, microphone, lights, etc. No sparklers, candles, or smoke machines to be used. Please discuss your requirements with Management.
