The raw hops are characterised by a marriage of grapefruit and lemon with pineapple, lychee and blackcurrant. The cold infusion is an equally wellcomposed fruit mixture of pineapple, passion fruit, strawberry and lime. It also has a noticeable floral aroma of elderflower.
