Terms and conditions All bookings must be confirmed by completing the booking form along with a 10.00 per person deposit payable within 14 days of booking. Bookings will automatically be released if deposits are not received within 14 days of booking. Deposits and full payments are non refundable and are paid as per the number of guests booked. Any cancellations cannot be off set against the final balance or other hotel products. Should the hotel have to cancel an event alternative dates may be offered. The hotel reserves the right to seat parties together, subject to final numbers and seating plans. All bookings and alterations must be confirmed in writing. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to your event. If a booking is made less than 30 days prior to the event date, full payment will be required at the time of booking. Pre orders are required for all bookings 14 days prior to your event date. No credit or refunds will be issued for guests unable to attend, whatever the circumstances. All prices and details are correct at the time of going to press but are subject to change without prior notice. All prices quoted include service and 17.5% VAT.
