NEW YEAR S EVE AT THE GRANARY There is a choice for 2018 between the Restaurant and the Orangery THE ORANGERY 85.00 per adult For those who want to party, you can join us in the Orangery Suite. A Cocktail on arrival at 7.30pm followed by a 6-course meal at 8pm with Michelle singing and a magician to entertain you at table. Dancing to our resident DJ until the early hours. Bar open to 1.30am. THE RESTAURANT 65.00 per adult For those who want a quieter celebratory meal enjoy a Cocktail on arrival followed by a 6-course dinner served in the Restaurant from 7pm. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PARTY INTO JANUARY A 10% reduction is available on selected dates throughout January for parties in excess of 50 people or more in the Orangery. Please contact our Party Co-ordinator, Pippa Taylor, for details. HOW TO BOOK THE KITCHEN RESTAURANT Please phone and book with Reception. We would ask that you leave your contact telephone number with us for reference. We will ring you the week before your booking in order to confirm final numbers. For Dinner bookings, a deposit of 10.00 per person is asked for at the time of booking for parties of 8 or more. The hotel requires payment in full for Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year s Day lunch as well as New Year s Eve dinner. THE ORANGERY If you are booking a Christmas Party night, please state that you wish to make a Christmas Party Booking. We will then pass you to the Party Night Co-ordinator who will deal with your queries and help you make the reservation. Please note that for 2018 we will require a Pre-Order and the form for this is on Page 12. For anything else, please state the event and we will put you in touch with the relevant person. A non-refundable deposit of 10.00 per person will be required at the time of booking for all Party Nights and room reservations. The balance of both must be paid in full by the 31st October. Any bookings made from the 1st November onwards must be paid in full. Please use the booking form at the back of this brochure. HOW TO PAY BY POST Please fill in the booking form which you will find at the back of this brochure and state your method of payment by ticking the relevant box. If paying by Cheque, this should be made payable to: The Granary Hotel and a single cheque per party booking is preferred please. If paying by Debit card, please fill in the relevant boxes and we will debit your card when we receive the form. We will issue you with a receipt by return. BY PHONE If you prefer to secure payment over the phone, you can pay a Deposit or Payment in Full by Debit Card. We would ask that Credit Cards are not used for payment. CANCELLATION In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, deposits are non-refundable. Once party night tickets are paid in full, they are not refundable or transferable. 13
