5 QNCC ON-STAND CATERING ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Payment in full must be rendered on all orders when order is placed. Exhibitors with outstanding balances from previous events must satisfy the payment requirements or services will not be provided. ORDER S and FULL PAYMENT or CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION are to be received a minimum of fourteen (4) days prior to the exhibition move-in date. Cancellation or changes to service orders must be made 48 hours in advance. Any cancellation or changes made within 48 hours is subject to a cancellation fee of up to the full price of the total service order form. All products served on-stand are for on-stand consumption / service only and not to be removed from venue. The final reconciled invoice will be provided within fourteen (4) days after the show closing date.
