Exhibitors with outstanding balances from previous events must satisfy the payment requirements or services will not be provided. ORDER S and FULL PAYMENT or CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION are to be received a minimum of fourteen (4) days prior to the exhibition move-in date. Cancellation or changes to service orders must be made 48 hours in advance.
