Christmas Cocktail School If you re looking for a Christmas night out with a difference, then book into Bar Sixteen for our Christmas Cocktail School. It s a great chance to learn some new skills whilst trying out some amazing cocktails. A Bar Sixteen mixologist will talk you through the secrets and skills of the professionals and show you how to make that all impressive Christmas cocktail. Then it will be your turn to take on the mixology skills of your colleagues and friends, creating your own cocktails and taking the taste and pour test to see who is king or queen of the cocktail. Menus We ask that all preorders are returned to us no later than Friday 7th November in writing by emailing events@cathedralquarterhotel.com. Although dishes may not contain nuts as an ingredient, there is a possibility that they will contain nut traces. If you have a nut allergy or a specific dietary requirement we strongly advise you contact us or notify us in writing with your full preorders. Please note that the menus detailed in the brochure may vary slightly on the day due to the availability of fresh produce. Deposits All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking, cannot be guaranteed and must be made with the Events team. A non-refundable/transferable deposit of 10 per person is required to confirm your booking. A provisional booking will be secured for a maximum of 14 days from booking; if no deposit has been received your booking will automatically be released. Please note that by paying deposits you are agreeing and entering into our Terms & Conditions. Deposits and full payments can be made by cheque or debit card. Cheques are be made payable to Cathedral Quarter Hotel. Full Payments Full payment for your booking is required by Friday 7th November 2014. Only one payment per party, made by the booking organiser, will be accepted. Non-payment by the due date will render our contract with you void and your event will be cancelled and deposits will be lost. For any bookings made after Friday 7th November, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing by the party organiser and cannot be accepted by telephone. All deposits paid will be lost in the event of cancellation. In the event of customer cancellation after Friday 7th November, when final balances are due, full payment for the party is required. Terms & Conditions Seating arrangements are at the discretion of the hotel and will be confirmed to you prior to your party date. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Final guest numbers, full payment and menu pre-orders must be received no later than Friday 7th November 2014.
