Each DC will be carrying different types of coleslaw dressing, with most dressing packed into 4 (1 gal) jars per case. Each 4 (1 gal) case of dressing should yield appx. 500 (4 oz.) portions of finished coleslaw. Note: Operators who order from McLane's will have just one case of Ventura Cole Slaw Dressing of stock on hand, operators are urged to let their DC know in advance(before 1-1-17) how many cases they will be ordering during this 13 week promotion. Option #2: Fish or shrimp, fries in the medium (regular)fry bag, and coleslaw in the 5.5 oz. plastic soufflé cup w/lid, all in a family/carton box with liner and put into the large die cut to-go bag. (1 family/carton box will fit into a 12# paper bag) Note: If you decide to use option #2, operators MUST let their DC know in advance (before 1-1-17) how many cases of the Carton Dinner boxes (400 per case) and die cut to-go bags (500 per case)they will be ordering during this 13 week promotion. 16
