Family Recipe... BOURBON PECAN TRIFLE 1, 3.4 oz. French Vanilla Instant Pudding, prepared 2 Cups Heavy Cream 1, 8 oz. Whipped Cream Cheese ¾ Cup Powered Sugar 1 The Orchards Gourmet Pecan Pie, cut into squares 1 tblsp. Vanilla Extract 1 Jar Salted Caramel Ice-cream Sauce Chopped Pecans to garnish ½ The Orchards Gourmet Pecan Cinnamon Bourbon Coffee Cake, cut into squares Stir 2 tablespoons of bourbon into the prepared pudding and refrigerate until ready to use. Whip the cream, adding powered sugar as you whip. Stir in the vanilla. Whip in the cream cheese. Refrigerate until ready to use. In a trifle dish or large bowl, place coffee cake cubes to cover bottom. Sprinkle coffee cake with 4 tablespoons of bourbon. Layer half of the pie squares on top. Spread half the pudding on top, and then half of the whipped cream mixture. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Repeat each layer once more, finishing with drizzled caramel and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
