Enjoy a gorgeous 15 minute water taxi ride to work across Elliot Bay on the Water Taxi. Work, then jump on the water taxi and head back to Best Seattle. You may have played trivia before, but we re guessing it wasn t in the interior of an 18th Century galleon. Tonight is your lucky night. Head on over to the Benbow Room for Trivia Night, salty-sea dog style. Check out the killer selection of German biers and authentic food at Prost! This German pub will likely become your new favorite hangout.
WEDNESDAY Sweat out the weekly stress and find your inner zen at Bikram Yoga or 8-Limbs Yoga. Work, then take the RapidRide C Line back to Best Seattle. Grab one of the numerous Car2Go vehicles parked nearby on California Avenue. Park it just about anywhere you want in downtown Seattle. Take a cooking class at PCC Natural Market. Savor the best mac n cheese you ve ever had at West Seattle s best happy hour, West Five.
THURSDAY Stop at Husky Deli on California for West Seattle s tastiest reuben sandwich. They put it in a lunch bag with some chips and a cookie! Share an Uber to work and back with a pal. Hit up the Matador happy hour with over 100 types of tequila and $5 appetizers. Or, if beer is your thing, head to Elliot Bay Brewery located right next door. Get your hair cut, colored or styled at Seattle s hottest salon, Vain.

SATURDAY Wake up to a hot plate of Horton Heat Hash or a Dolly Parton Stack in the cafe at Easy Street Records. Bellying up to the coffee bar gets you access to one of their listening stations, where you can select from a curated menu of music. After breakfast, head upstairs to peruse one of the best selections of vinyl in a city well-known for music. Take a nature hike in Lincoln Park, which will culminate in one of the most breath-taking views you will ever see. Along the way you ll spot plenty of wildlife, including eagles, sea lions, and maybe even a pod of orca whales or a humpback whale if you re lucky. Dine at Bang Bar Thai and then take in the latest theatrical offering at Artswest Playhouse.
SUNDAY START THE WEEK OVER Walk your dog along Alki Beach. Stop and take in a (distant) view of seals sunning on a rock along the shore. Or, take part in a bike ride through one of West Seattle Cyclery s many events. Buy some fresh local produce for the week at West Seattle Farmer s Market open at 10 AM. Grocery shop at nearby Trader Joe s, Metropolitan Market, QFC, Thriftway, Terra Cole Butchery & Fine Foods, PCC Natural Market or Safeway. Or, shop for your furry pals at Next to Nature, Petco and Mudbay. Dinner at Ma Ono for some gourmet fried chicken and whiskey, or some authentic Italian cuisine at charming La Rustica on Alki Beach Drive.
