Pastes Worldfood Pastes come in the following flavors, with different spice levels. Thai Creamy Chilli Kaffir Lime Paste A deliciously fragrant paste with spicy chillies and zesty kaffir lime. Cooking: This paste is perfect for an aromatic stir-fry or added with coconut milk to create an authentic Panang curry dish.
Pastes There are 5 types of Curry Pastes. Thai Green Curry MILD Thai Yellow Curry Thai Red Curry HOT A mild spicy paste with green chillies, coriander, lemon grass and other authentic spices. A medium spicy fragrant curry paste perfect for preparing a quick and authentic curry with poultry, seafood or vegetables. Thai Masaman Curry A mild heat Thai-Muslim influenced curry with tangy notes of tamarind and an array of aromatic spices.
