Terms & Conditions Bookings: A provisional booking may be held for 14 days after which this booking will be released failing written confirmation or phone call and minimum non-refundable deposit of 250.00 is made. The final balance will be due no more than 5 days prior the date of the ceremony/reception. Cancellations: The requested deposit is non-refundable at any stage of the cancellation. Cancellations are not valid unless notice of cancellation is received in writing and cancellation date is date of receipt by the hotel. In each case, the percentage charge applies to the estimated total account for the event: Between 60 and 89 days prior to the event 25% Between 30 and 59 days prior to the event 50% Between 10 and 29 days prior to the event 75% Between 10 days prior to the event 100% Number of Guests: Provisional guest numbers must be advised to the hotel at the time of booking. Final confirmation of numbers will be recorded at your finalisation appointment with your co-ordinator / manager and your invoice and pro-forma contract of agreements will be issued based on numbers provided at the meeting. The final number of guests must be given no late than 72 hours prior to your wedding. This represents the numbers used to calculate the final account.
Terms & Conditions Continued Food and Beverage: No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into the hotel without special permission of the hotel. Please be advised that corkage is 6.00. All food and drink consumed on the hotel premises must have been purchased from the hotel. The management and staff at The Hedges Hotel have the right to confiscate any such items from guests. Accommodation: All guests at the wedding will receive a 10% discount off the standard room rate for the contractual year. Rooms should be reserved will in advanced of your reception especially in high season (June- September). Any rooms not booked 4 weeks prior to your booking will be released. General: The hotel reserves the right to approve any external entertainment or activities that has been arranged and cannot accept any liability for any loss of costs. The hotel will supply all food and beverages. The hotel will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing facilities, service, food and beverages as a result of events outside its control. The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the allocated room or the furnishing utensils and equipment therein by an act, default or neglect of the customer, sub-contractor of guess of the client, and shall pay to the hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
