Tiffin Expert: Pallavi Stuffed Pea Cakes: We just know your child will love the crispy taste of these Green Peas Tikkis stuffed with a cheesy surprise! Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup adds a punch of flavour and makes the dish even more appealing. Green peas:150 grams Cumin seeds: ½ teaspoon Chopped green chilli: ½ teaspoon Chopped ginger: 1 tablespoon Chopped yellow bell peppers: 2 tablespoons Chopped red bell peppers: 2 tablespoons Roasted gram flour (besan): 2 tablespoons Oil: 2 tablespoons Grated cheddar cheese: 20 grams

In a pan, heat oil, add cumin seeds, ginger, chilli, green peas and bell peppers. Saute for a few minutes and season with salt Once cooked, blend in a mixer. Take out in a bowl and mix roasted gram flour (besan) and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to make a mixture Make a golf-sized ball out of the mixture, make a hole at the centre and stuff with cheese Flatten it into a cake shape Heat oil in a pan, lightly roast it on both sides for few minutes each Serve these crispy peas cakes in your child s tiffin. Vermicelli Nugget Wok Fried: The classic Soya Nuggets just got a revamp! Get ready to surprise your child with these delicious Vermicelli Nuggets. Preheat the oven to 180 C First, we need to prepare our stuffing Heat a pan and drizzle a little bit of oil over it Add chopped onions and saute till light golden. Add chopped vegetables and saute it for a few minutes Now add egg, dried spices and chicken mince. Season it with salt and let the chicken get cooked Add Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the mix After the chicken is cooked, take puff pastry squares and cut them in circles Place the chicken stuffing in the middle of it and close the edges with your hands Place in a baking dish and apply egg wash on them properly with help of a brush and bake for 10-15 minutes After they are golden brown on top, take them out of the oven and serve hot.
