WE RE HERE TO MAKE YOUR DAY SPECIAL. WHATEVER THE BUDGET. At The Water's Edge, we understand weddings are very personal events to those looking forward their special day together. That's why we'll create a unique package designed around you. Whether you want a sit down gourmet meal for 50 people or just an informal buffet, we've got something to suit everyone and every budget. We've got rooms to suit a formal meal for large parties of 50+ or for smaller, more intimate gatherings - all with their own private river view balconies and stylish, modern decor. If you're getting married in summer, a wedding reception at The Water's Edge is a must. Enjoy a drinks reception in our stunning outdoor riverside bar and BBQ before or after your meal - or maybe choose a relaxed, informal BBQ wedding. We can also organise live music, DJs, stationery, decor, flowers and much more - leaving you to look forward to your special day.

GUIDE TO COSTS We want you to have the wedding you ve always dreamed of, but we believe in delivering great value for money, too. Here s a guide to how it works. We are able to cater for most budgets and work with you to find a solution that s right for you. Please arrange an appointment to talk to us to go through the options in detail for a quote. NO HIRE FEES We don t charge any hire fees for the use of our venue. MINIMUM SPEND POLICY All our weddings and events are based on a minimum spend policy. The minimum spend is made up of your food and drink packages and the money your guests will spend over the bar. In the event your guests don t reach the agreed spend, you may be asked to pay the difference. We NEVER set an unrealistic minimum spend. PEAK Remember: this min. spend guide INCLUDES what your guests will spend! JUNE - AUGUST & DECEMBER (One Area Exclusive) Weekdays: 2,000-3,000 Saturday: 1,500-7,000 off peak ALL OTHER MONTHS (One Area Exclusive) Weekdays: 500-2,000 Saturday: 2,000-4,000 EXCLUSIVE VENUE USE (all day) Weekdays: 2,500 (Off Peak) - 6,500 (Peak) Saturday: 6,000 (Off Peak) - 10,000 (Peak)
FOOD AND DRINK Our stunning food and drink menus will please everyone s palate and wallet. We ve got packages to suit all weddings and all budgets. Any food or drink packages you purchase from us contribute towards your agreed minimum spend. We ve crafted three delicious sample menus for you to choose from, but these can be adapted slightly to suit you and your guests. We can cater for any dietary requirement including vegan meals. In addition we offer a range of canapé, buffet and BBQ options either as an addition or an alternative to a formal sit down meal. YOUR WEDDING DAY A FEW THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR WEDDING HERE THE VENUE - You can access the venue from 9am on the day to dress and lay tables as appropriate. If earlier access is required, this may be able to be accommodated on request. We are able to offer exclusive use of the venue and this is based on a minimum spend policy. - Your minimum spend is set based upon the day being reserved, and our Events Team will be able to advise you what this is upon request. The minimum spend is made up of your deposit, your food bill and what your guests spend over the bar during the day and the evening (see page 7). - If there is a shortfall in the minimum spend at the end of the evening, you will be charged the difference. This can either be paid by credit or debit card or by BACS transfer. DEPOSITS & OTHER INFORMATION - A deposit will be requested to secure your booking here, and this will be based upon the package agreed - although it is usually 10%-20% of the agreed spend. This deposit will be taken from your final bill but in the event of cancellation is non-refundable. - All prices quoted include VAT at 20% - The overall spend does not include any gratuity, this is determined by our guests - We do not permit your own food or drink to be consumed on our premises - A 100 cash refundable glassware damage waiver will be requested - The balance of your food & drink package must be paid one month prior to the date - All bookings are subject to our standard terms and conditions, a copy of which will be signed by both parties upon reservation
