Food Stall: Description: Paul Mierisch Authentic Italian Pizzas Authentic Italian Pizzas cooked in an industrial pizza oven and served by the slice. Pizzas are delivered to the school already made and only need to be put through the oven to cook. When the pizzas are cooked they are cut into slices and displayed in the bain marie. Pizzas are served on a plastic plate with a serviette. We will require 3 helpers at one time. 1. Cook and slice pizzas 2. Serve pizzas to customers 3. Cash handler, to take the money from the customers. Cost: Roster Shifts: Equipment needed: $2.50 per slice 1 hour shifts per person Pizza cutters (4) Hand sanitiser Bucket of water Plastic plates (350) Serviettes (400) Signage Cash box Price List Plastic Gloves Things to do: 1. Create signage for Pizza stall 2. Create price list / menu 3. Create a roster to go out at least 6 weeks prior to fete and be completed at least 3 weeks prior. 4. Serve yummy pizzas and have FUN! Tip: You don t have to be the next Master Chef to work at the pizza stall. All helpers will be guided by their co-ordinator. Prep C - Quoits Food Stall: Description: The Great Aussie BBQ An all time Aussie classic. Everyone loves the good old BBQ and this will be no different. Sausages in bread with onion (optional) and a selection of sauces, plus hamburgers with coleslaw also on offer. Served in a serviette and eaten with your hands. YUM! We will require 5 helpers at one time. 1. BBQ number 1 cooking sausages and onions 2. BBQ number 2 cooking hamburgers 3. Food Preparation / Food Service 4. Food Preparation / Food Service 5. Cook, create, serve and again, have Fun! Tip: Money: Everyone has cooked a BBQ at some time in their lives and this is no different. We need 2 cooks at one time, one for our snags and one for our burgers. Flip a burger, turn a snag, it s as easy as that. Your stall co-ordinator will be there to assist you and answer any questions. Ever made your kids lunch, then food prep is the same, sausage bread onion sauce deliver! It s that easy. And of course our cash handler collects the money from our customers. 2ABust A Balloon Food Stall: Description: Doncaster Gardens Primary School Fete Helen Topatsis Greek Lamb Souvlakis Traditional Greek lamb souvlakis with all the trimmings, marinated lamb, tatziki sauce, lettuce, tomato and onions all wrapped in a souvlaki pita bread. Lamb will be cooked on the BBQ and made to order. We will serve them just like the Fish & Chip shop but we will give you a serviette too! We require 4 helpers at one time. 1. Cook the lamb on the BBQ (it will be pre-cut & diced) 2. Food Preparation / Server 3. Food Preparation / Server 4. Serve Traditional Greek lamb Souvlakis Tip: Money: Anyone can help at this stall, no experience necessary. You will be guided by you co-ordinator. No technical cooking ability required, 1 person cooks the lamb on the BBQ, 2 people build our yummy souvlakis (it only takes a minute) and 1 person handles the cash. 3A Lucky Dip Food Stall: Description: Sally Mierisch Milkshakes Yummy cold milkshakes. Strawberry, Chocolate and Vanilla available. No cooking required. We will require 3 helpers at one time. 1. Tip: Money: This is a very easy stall to run. No cooking required. Ice cream and milk will be stored in eskies and the coolroom. Just add ice cream, milk and flavouring. The machine will do the rest. 4A Mystery Wine Bottles Food Stall: Description: Hot Chips, Hot Jam Donuts & Dim Sims Delicious hot chips served with your choice of salt, sauce or vinegar! Yummy Hot Jam Donuts. A must have at any fete! Deep fried in commercial grade deep fryers and served HOT! Table top deep fryers for easy use, straight forward to operate. A touch of Asia Steamed Dims Sims. Cooked in a commercial Steamer and served hot. With or without soya sauce. We will require 3 helpers at one time. 1. Cook hot chips & Donuts. Top up Dim Sim Steamer 2. Serve hot chips, donuts & Dim Sims to order. 3. A very easy role, temperature of oil will be controlled, you just pour the chips in, cook, transfer to foil trays ready to serve. Hot Jam Donuts will have their own deep fryer for cooking. Bain Marie will be available to keep chips & donuts warm for service. Steamed Dims Sims will need to be topped up throughout the day and water level of steamer monitored.
