PRIVATE EVENTS INFORMATION Della Terra is glad to offer banquet dining for any event on days the restaurant is closed and during lunch hours. The fee for reserving the restaurant is $500, not including food or alcohol. For days and hours not listed below, please contact the restaurant at 724-473-0630. Available days and times are as follows: Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday - Any time - Any time PRIVATE DINING EVENT GUIDELINES Menu selections and final counts are due 7 days prior to your event. No outside food may be brought into the restaurant with the exception of dessert items. A fee of $1 per person for cookies or cupcakes, and $2 per person for cakes will apply. Wine may be brought in for a corkage fee of $20/bottle. A 20% gratuity and 6% sales tax will be added to all private events. Please notify the general manager if your guests have any food allergies or restrictions. Pastas can be prepared with gluten-free pasta upon request with an additional charge of $2 for each gluten-free pasta. Most entrees can be prepared gluten-free upon request. FOR ALL PLATED AND FAMILY STYLE EVENTS For plated events, we request that guests select entrees 7 days prior to the event. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Della Terra s dining room seats up to 45 guests comfortably. Our bar is fully customizable and is priced upon consumption. Beer prices range from $4 for domestic beer to $6 for craft beer. Wine prices vary from $5 to $10 per glass, with prices for bottles starting at $30. Della Terra has a list of craft cocktails featuring local spirits starting at $8 per cocktail.

PICK-UP CATERING ORDERS A minimum notice of 48 hours is required for all pick-up catering orders, with the exception of entrees. All orders must be paid for at the time of the order. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to pickup will be charged 50% of the order total. Serving utensils, disposable plates and flatware can be added for $5/person. Chafing racks, including 2 sterno heat flames, can be added for $5 each. Racks must be returned to Della Terra after use. Prices do not includes 6% sales tax. Full trays are designed to be a medium portion for 15-20 people. Half trays are designed to be a medium portion for 7-10 people. ON-SITE NEAPOLITAN PIZZAS Della Terra is able to cater any event with on-site made Neapolitan style pizzas in our portable pizza ovens. On-site pizzas require a $400 reservation fee and $200 chef fee, as well as the price of the pizzas themselves. This includes 4.5 hours of service, 2.5 hours of which are needed to heat up and cool down the ovens. Disposable plates, napkins, and utensils can be provided for $5 per person.
