Brief on India s agricultural and allied trade with CANADA The latest data on agricultural and allied trade between India and Canada is annexed (Tab 1 &2). 1) Analysis of agriculture and allied trade between India and Canada (a) In the year 2015-16, India s total exports of agricultural and allied commodities to Canada were to the tune of US $ 325.54 million. India s principal exports during this period were shrimps & prawns, rice, soya beans, guar gums, food preparations, cucmbers, seasamum seeds, etc. (b) During the same period the agricultural and allied imports from that country were of the order of US $ 1425.91 million.
