Formal Beef Enchiladas Bowtie Pasta with with Homemade Sausage and Enchilada a Green Sauce Salad on with a Bed Home of Made Shredded Vinaigrette Lettuce (for 4) 2) 1 2 Prepare the Vegetables: First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Peel 1/2 onion and chop the onion half. Remove leaves from cilantro and finely chop enough for 1 Tbsp. Wash jalapeno pepper and remove seeds and inner ribs. Finely chop 1/2 of the jalapeno and then thoroughly wash hands. Enchilada Sauce Continued: 3 4 Add the 15 ounce can of tomato sauce, 1/2 Tbsp. beef base, 1/4 cup water, 1 1/4 Tbsp. chili powder, 2 tsp. freeze dried garlic, 1/2 Tbsp. cumin, and 1/4 tsp. oregano to sauté pan. Stir continually until nearly boiling, then simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring as you go. Transfer enchilada sauce to an appropriate sized bowl and put sauté pan back on burner. 5 6 Cook the Ground Beef: Add 1 pound of ground beef to the medium sauté pan. No need to wipe it out. Sauté the ground beef over medium heat until cooked. Add back 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce to ground beef and simmer. Make the Enchilada Sauce: Add 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil in a medium sauté pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion, jalapeno pepper and cilantro, Sauté until al dente. Warm Corn Tortillas: Wrap corn tortillas all together in aluminum foil. Add the packet of tortillas to the preheated oven, set timer for 10 minutes.
