The Relais Rising within a 15th century hamlet, surrounded by the verdant countryside near the town of Impruneta, homestead of Tuscan terracotta, Relais Villa Olmo is a Food & Wine Resort and a haven of tranquility and beauty. The hamlet, an agricultural estate, was purchased in 1735 by a cadet branch of the noble Medici family and over the centuries grew around the family s manor house. Still today the grand noble mansion towers high above the Relais welcoming contemporary buildings.
