The enclosed menus have been designed to assist in planning the perfect party, wedding or reception for your friends, family, guests and especially, you! We will expertly guide you through the entire process, from beginning to end, making it effortless for you, so you can relax and enjoy your day! At Time To Dine Chefs & Caterers, we listen to you. Please feel free to pick and choose items from these selections to create your own special menu. These menus are merely suggestions and can be adjusted to meet your requirements. Our Event Designers are looking forward to assisting you with your special event. As a full service caterer, we are pleased to provide service staff, silver flatware, china plates, linens and floral arrangements. TIME TO DINE Chefs and Caterers PLANNING THE DETAILS Full Service We will provide professional service personnel to set-up, service and clean up at the following rates: Supervisor $185.00 Buffet and Floor Personnel $140.00 Chef Attendants $140.00 Professional Bartenders $170.00 If your party requires only one service person, we will send a supervisor at the above rate. If your party requires several servers we will send a supervisor and the appropriate number of food service staff to accommodate your party. We recommend one service person per 25 guests for buffets. Please note: served, plated dinners or luncheons will require additional staff. Service personnel cost is based on a maximum of eight-hour schedule to include 2.5 hours set-up, 4 hour party time, and 1.5 hour of breakdown and clean-up. If a party exceeds this time schedule, additional charges will apply. Overtime rate is $25.00 per hour, per service staff member. Bar Service We will provide all mixers, sodas, soda water, juices, lemons, and limes, punch bowls, ice, coolers to chill beer and wine, bar hardware, cocktail beverage napkins. This service is an additional $4.95 per person plus sales tax. Note: Georgia State Law prohibits Time To Dine, LLC Chefs & Catering from purchasing or transporting any alcoholic beverages.. It is the client s responsibility to deliver all alcoholic beverages to the party site. 2
