Product Presentation C-series Rack Ovens

C-series greater capacity on a small surface area The C-series rack ovens are compact and designed to fit into small spaces. The oven design provides for effective, even baking and is flexible and easy to operate. The C-series ovens are available in four different sizes and all of them can run on electricity, oil or gas. The oven is suitable for baking a wide range of products baguettes, pastry or heavier bread types. Thanks to the well-balanced coordination of the large-volume air flow, the high performance heat exchanger and the controllable steam system you always achieve an effective baking cycle. The oven is supplied as standard with the easy to use Sveba-Dahlens E-panel for both manually controlled and pre-programmed baking. The panel has clear symbols and digits which indicate the relevant stage of the baking process.

Design The rack ovens of the C-series consist of separate modules and are available in four sizes. The ovens are compact and take up little floor space. The modular design contributes to ease of installation. The large viewing window in the oven door provides a clear view of the oven interior and permits close observation of the baking process. Suspension hook is standard The C-series ovens have a suspension hook as standard. The device helps you to keep a plane and even floor surface, only three millimetres thick, and there is no need to use a loading ramp. The device ensures better use of the available floor space, makes loading and unloading easier and facilitates the cleaning of the oven. Electricity, oil or gas The compact and modular ovens of the C-series can be heated with electricity, oil or gas. All ovens are available in four different sizes no matter what the source of heat is. Additional features: IBS Increa sed Baking Surface The rack ovens of the C-series have IBS as standard. IBS, Increa sed Baking Surface, is Sveba-Dahlen s patented system for alternating rotation of the rack. Thanks to the IBS function all sides of the products which are baked are exposed to the same amount of heat. The result is a fast, even and energy-efficient baking. Efficient heat exchange The heat exchanging process in the oil- and gas-fuelled ovens is based on the counter-flow principle. The oven air passing through the heat exchanger first meets the flue gas channels at their lowest temperature and is then progressively heated up as it meets increasingly hot channels. That results in high efficiency and reduced heating costs. Thick insulation A well-sealed oven means that you save money. The C- series ovens are equipped with thick, overlapping Rock - wool insulation which keeps the heat where it should be, inside the oven. Therefore the temperature on the surface of the oven is always low, which contributes to a comfortable working environment. Large-volume air flow The large-volume air flow in the rack ovens of the C-series is regulated by two fans and is distributed evenly over the entire oven chamber. The controllable steam system enhances the flexibility of the baking process. The ovens are therefore suitable for baking a large range of products, meeting different finish, volume and consistency requirements. Easily operated control panel The Sveba-Dahlen s E-panel is easy to use and has clear symbols which indicate the different stages of the baking process. It can be used for both manually controlled and preprogrammed baking. The memory can store up to 99 recipes. Large-scale kitchen function with pulsating steam and a Cake Switch function for baking delicate products are included as standard in the E-panel. The oven is ready to get connected to EPOC, Sveba-Dahlen s PC-operated control system. Temperature Baking timer Steam control Functions

Options C-series: BCS, Baking Control System BCS, Baking Control System, controls the baking process automatically. 60 different baking recipes can be programmed directly on the touch screen. Temperature, evacuation (damper), steam and fan delay can be pre-programmed in up to five stages. The recipes can be adjusted at any time during the baking process. A weekly timer and an automatic service function are integrated in the panel. BCS is also ready to be connected to the PC-based control system EPOC. Automatic rack lifting device The oven can be delivered with a motor driven hook which lifts up the rack above the oven floor. The only difference in level is due to the three-millimetre thickness of the floor so that loading and unloading is easy. AES The AES (Automatic Evacuation System) is an evacuation system which improves the working environment at the bakery. A fan expels warm air and steam from the oven every time when the door is opened. The function can be timed through the E-panel. Rotating platform The rotating platform makes it possible to use all types of racks. Double glazed viewing windows The double glazed viewing windows have an increased heatinsulating effect.
