BANQUET SERVICES GUIDELINES Menus The Hôtel Bonaventure Montréal welcomes proposing alternative menus in der to provide you with a personalized event. Our entrées include Chef s selection of seasonal vegetables, French bread & sweet butter and coffee service. Pricing Otherwise stated, prices are per person and menus are subject to 11, 5% gratuity and 3, 5% administration fees, federal goods and service tax of 5% and Québec sales tax of 9, 5% are applicable. Prices and taxes are current and subject to change without notice. Food and beverage Hôtel Bonaventure Montréal does not permit any food beverage to be brought into the hotel. A minimum revenue in food and beverage befe service and taxes will be required to reserve our banquet halls. You may offer your guests maximum of (2) choices of main course. Choices must be predetermined and communicated to the hotel at least (7) days pri to the event. If sales are less than $300.00 per bar, befe taxes and service, a charge of $150.00 per bar will apply. Cake cutting and service charge Although we are encouraging you to bring your own wedding cake, accding to the hotel s union, a service charge of $2.75 per person plus taxes will apply. Coat check and parking A coat check attendant may be arranged to $2.75 per coat. This fee can be paid by your guests applied to your master account.
