Breakfast menu Breakfast is served from 7am - 11am in the restaurant Meat products in our menu are delivered from the best Czech farmers in bio quality. We provide beef race Angus and Charolais, lamb race Suffolk, poultry from free breeding stations fed with natural feed without analgesics and antibiotics. We use fresh and cooled pasta. Freshwater fish are delivered from fish tanks Chlumec nad Cidlinou and Holohlavy, venison from hunting grounds in Eastern Bohemia. Dairy products are from Opočno and cheeses from Dolní Přím, Lipina and Licibořice. Our staff will be pleased to provide you with information about contained allergens.
