This room is located at the back of our main dining room and is enclosed by two sliding barn doors. This room shares a hallway with our speakeasy and Il Tavalone room. Although this room is enclosed by french doors, wooden lattice work does allow some sound to travel. Harold Black Our speakeasy, accessed by a secret sliding wall Harold Black is a unique and intimate space for standing cocktail receptions, accommodating 30-40 guests. Harold Black is enclosed by a heavy sliding door so it may be completely private. It also has doors adjoining to both the Tavalone and Saletta Bianca rooms for larger groups who would like to book our entire upstairs. Booking Process The contract must be approved, with a credit card on file, within 3 business days of being issued to maintain a hold on the room. Menu selections are due 3 Mondays prior to the event date so the kitchen and bar may make the necessary arrangements. Selections submitted after this date may be subject to a limited menu. PRICING: All food and beverage minimums are before tax and gratuity. If your group meets the food and beverage minimum, there is no additional fee for the private space. If the minimum is not met, the difference will be charged as a room fee. We bill based on actual consumption, not at a per-person rate. COCKTAIL RECEPTIONS: All receptions are allotted a 90-minute reservation. If a party stays beyond their contracted end-time, and the room is available, a fee will be applied for every 15-minute interval. Receptions may be booked after 7pm with a higher minimum. FRIDAY & SATURDAY PRIVATE DINING RESERVATIONS: The Mercatino and Ponte Vecchio rooms are available from 5-7pm on Friday and Saturday evenings. If the party extends beyond 7pm, and the room is available for additional time, a fee will be applied for every 15-minute interval. There are no standard time restrictions for dinners in the Saletta Bianca or Il Tavalone room on Friday and Saturday evenings. CANCELLATION POLICY: When an event is cancelled with less than 3-business days before the event, 30% of the event minimum will be applied to the credit card on file. Events canceled after the start time of the event will have the full event minimum applied to the credit card on file. Cancellations must always be provided in writing. RESTAURANT BUY-OUT: The top floor and/or the entire restaurant are available for lunch and dinner events, with rates varying by date and time.
