SIGNATURE COCKTAILS (CREATED BY SALIM KHOURY) The famous American Bar at The Savoy in London opened its doors in 1893. 110 years later, Salim Khoury became only it s 10th Head Barman. Joining the American Bar in 1969, he worked there for 34 years before finally reaching his lifetime goal. Salim became famous when he won the UK Bartender of the Year competition in 1992 with his tribute to Princess Diana by creating his cocktail Blushing Monarch.
