Savoury, cut grass with a hint of green capsicum, the palate is full and rich with tropical fruits and snow peas. Lovely texture and minerality are typical of the fresh fruit Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc style. 13% Alc/Vol Bridgewater Mill Adelaide Hills South Australia 2013 Chardonnay Aromas of orange blossom, pear and delicate oak lead onto a smooth and flowing palate, with flavours of peach and grapefruit with a soft round finish. 12.9% Alc/Vol Kapuka Marlborough New Zealand 2014 Pinot Gris A soft, creamy Pinot Gris, pale straw with golden hints in colour. Aromas of spicy pear and citrus fruits. A palate of luscious pears with a hint of spice, leads to creamy textural palate, and an elegant finish. 12.5% Alc/Vol 2
red wine St Hallett Black Clay Barossa Valley South Australia 2014 Shiraz A fresh and lifted nose of dark berries complimented by a subtle secondary aroma of smooth spiciness. Black cherries and stone fruit flavours drive this brooding palate. The initial fruit shows considerable length and the smooth tannins of the wine give it a generous finish. 14% Alc/Vol Coriole Redstone McLaren Vale South Australia 2013 Cabernet A fresh, varietal aroma with cranberry and blackcurrant. The palate is medium to full bodied with black fruits and mocha. Soft and elegant with good structure and even tannin. Signature McLaren Vale Cabernet. 14.5% Alc/Vol Philip Shaw The Wire Walker Orange New South Wales 2014 Pinot Noir Light garnet in colour. The nose is perfumed exhibiting ripe red cherry, strawberry and a touch of mocha. An element of spice and savouriness on the palate with good fruit weight and depth of flavour. A medium-bodied elegant wine with bright succulent fruit. 11.5% Alc/Vol dessert and fortified wines Please ask your cabin crew for today s selection of dessert wines. We have a small range of dessert styles on offer, including a Riesling and a Semillon. Both wines present intense colour and an array of exotic spicy aromas combined with a luscious tantalising palate. 10 11% Alc/Vol. Fortified wines are noted for their richness and complexity and on today s flight we may offer you either a Fortified Durif or a Muscadelle.
