PRIVATE PARTIES The Restaurant & Function Suite are available for private hire Monday - Thursday lunch & evening during the festive period. Accommodating six to 160 people the Restaurant & Function Suite are on the ground floor of The Tannery. The rooms are entirely multi-purpose and can be set up according to your requirements. Facilities include a separate entrance, private fully licensed bars, private washrooms and access to an exclusive outdoor heated decked area. Drinks reception from 3.95 per person. Extensive wine and cocktail lists available. Four course festive menu. Entertainment may be organised upon request, please ask for details. HOW TO BOOK To book your Christmas party please contact Alison or Tara at The Tannery on 028 9161 1409 or info@tanneryrestaurant.co.uk Once you make your initial booking, a booking form will be emailed with details of your reservation, terms & conditions, and details of the deposit payable. Deposits for lunch are 10 per person and evenings are 15 per person. All deposits are non-refundable. When the deposit is paid and booking confirmed we will ask you to pre-order your groups menu choices no later than 14 days before your party. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The booking date or time cannot be altered or changed without the agreement of the authorised signatory on your booking form on behalf of The Tannery. 2. The person who signs the booking form on behalf of the client is responsible for booking the party & for all payment and associated expenses. 3. The person who signs the booking form on behalf of the client is responsible for passing on all the details of the booking to the rest of the party to avoid any ambiguity or confusion at the time of your party. 4. Deposit for Lunch (12-5.45pm) is 10.00 per person. Deposit for evening (6-9.30pm) is 15.00 per person. 5. Any deposits paid for people who do not turn up at the time of your party are non-refundable and non-transferable, and will not be refunded or deducted from the total amount due. 6. The tables/area of reservation will be at the discretion of The Tannery. Certain tables/areas will not be guaranteed & the tables/areas will be allocated on the day of your booking according to final numbers. 7. Please note that parties of 8 or more may be seated at more than one table. If this is the case details will be stated in the Special Requirements of your booking form. 8. Please make sure everyone is seated promptly at the time stated on the booking form. Your meal will start on time regardless of if all the guests are present and this may result in people missing courses. 9. Where possible we may offer a designated area for your party to move to after the meal. Spaces are limited & this must be agreed to at the time of booking and entered in Special Requirements on your booking form. 10. All food must be pre-ordered (including dietary requirements & steak cooking styles) at least 14 days prior to your booking. 11. Your pre-order will be double checked at the time of your booking when all your guests are seated. Please bring a copy of the pre-order sheet to remind your guests what they are having in order to avoid any confusion. 12. The total amount minus the relevant deposit paid is payable at the time of your party. If you wish to be invoiced this must be arranged prior with the signatory of your booking form on behalf of The Tannery & detailed in Special Requirements on the booking form. 13. A 10% service charge will be added for parties of eight people or more. This only applies to the set price of your Christmas meal/party package (including steak supplements), and not drinks. 14. Entertainment included with the Party Night Package is complimentary entry into The Reflex from 10pm-1am. 15. The management reserve the right to refuse admission, without refund, to any persons who are deemed not to be following company door procedures and policies. A copy of these is available on request.
